I am a qualified cognitive behavioural therapist who has worked in mental health for more than 20 years.
During my career, I have worked in various settings in the UK, Australia and New Zealand; in the community, in hospitals and prisons.
I specialise in helping people with complex needs, particularly those who have found talking therapies difficult in the past.
I can help you work through problems related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationships, emotional regulation, anger issues and any other issues which may be causing you distress.
For me, the most important thing is the relationship between client and therapist, a compassionate, non-judgmental and collaborative approach is vital in developing a trusting relationship for therapy to succeed in.
