I am a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist working with individuals and groups. I work in collaboration with clients providing a safe, non judgemental, space to address the issues and beliefs that may be limiting and influencing their current life.
People come to therapy for different reasons and this space offers an opportunity to gain an understanding of ourselves, how we think, feel and behave and relate to the world around us.
Using the CBT approach upon the foundations of compassion and collaboration I aim to work together, offering the support needed to help clients at tougher times in life.
